What We Believe
God
We believe in one God who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus
We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for humanity's sins, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended into Heaven.
Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit leads unbelievers to salvation and dwells in every believer as Comforter and Guide.
The Second Coming
We believe that Jesus Christ will return to earth in person, just as He promised.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the perfect and inspired Word of God, without error, and the ultimate authority for faith and life.
Man
We believe humanity is made in God's image but all are born sinners in need of salvation due to Adam's fall.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus alone.
Eternal Security
We believe that those truly saved are eternally secure in Jesus Christ.
Eternity
We believe those without Christ spend eternity in Hell; those with faith in Christ spend eternity in Heaven.
Baptism
We believe water baptism is an act of obedience after salvation and should be done by immersion.
The Church
We believe the church is a community of baptized believers under the leadership of Jesus Christ as the Head.
Marriage
We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ's union with the church.
Gender
We believe God created two genders, male and female, according to scripture.
