They’re not about spotlighting ourselves, but about pointing others to Jesus and giving Him glory for what He’s done. From Addiction to the Altar | Abby’s Redemption Story
Abby never expected her lowest moment to be broadcast on the evening news. After a night in jail for boating under the influence, she was forced to confront the reality of her addiction—and the wreckage it had left behind. But that breaking point became a turning point. Though she had always been a woman of faith, Abby realized she had been turning to alcohol for comfort instead of Jesus. Broken relationships. Public shame. And then—unexpected grace.
