THE EYES OF YOUR HEART
EPHESIANS 2:15-23

KEY THOUGHT: Truth must move from our heads to our hearts so that we can live it out in our lives.

I. We should pray that God helps us to   Him-(15-18a)-“that you may know Him…”

A. The   and the     work together in my life so that I can know God-“Spirit of wisdom and revelation”

B. No matter how well I know God, I can know Him  - “you may know Him better”

C. My knowledge of God comes back to my  - “the eyes of your heart may be enlightened”

II. Three areas in which we should   in the knowledge of God-(18b-23)-

A.  -(18)- “That you may know the hope to which He has called you”

B.  -(18b)- “the riches of His glorious inheritance in His holy people…”

C.  -(18c-23)- “and His incomparably great power for us who believe.”
