SERVEONE

As Christians, we are called to serve others and one another. “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10

ServeOne is an initiative we are undergoing as a church family where we commit to serve as One People, with One Mission, for One Year. Join us this Sunday as more is shared about how you can get involved in serving in our different ministry areas.

Below you will find a .pdf file of our ServeOne booklet that details the many areas of need at First Mt. Juliet. You will also find a link to our Online Commitment Card to fill out once you have found an area to serve. You are needed!

BACKYARD KIDS CLUB

We need your help this summer for Spark Imagination Backyard Kids Clubs! This summer, kids will learn that God's creativity didn't stop in Genesis. The Master Artist is working to redeem, reclaim, and transform us - His creation - to the design, He planned for us. Kids will see the beautiful truth that they are God's workmanship as they learn to use their talents to bring glory to Him. Ephesians 2:10 "For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do." Backyard Kids Clubs allow for more personal interactions and connections by spreading out across our community in smaller groups. Whether you like helping with crafts, recreation, worship, or check-in, we have a spot for you! We hope you will join us for this summer adventure June 20th-22nd.

COVER A CAMPER

Summer Camp is one of the greatest opportunities our kids and students have to connect with one another, hear excellent Bible teaching, and experience life-changing transformation! Every year, we have kids and students that would not be able to go to summer camp if not for the generosity of our church family. "Cover a Camper" is our annual opportunity to be a blessing and give financially so that kids and students can be a part of a life-changing week at camp.

For the next few weeks, you'll see a table in both main lobbies with envelopes for "Cover a Camper." A full scholarship for one kid or student is $300. Any amount - small or large - can make a lasting impact. All gifts will go directly to families in need! Stop by the table this Sunday to help send our kids and students to summer camp!

STUDENT CAMP 2022
JUNE 27 - JULY 1

This year, we will be returning to The Grove to do our own Summer Camp! Student Summer Camp is for students who are in - or will have completed - 6th through 12th grade by June. Doing camp on our own provides us with the best opportunity to be intentional about our theme, message series, activities, time management, and relationship-building! We believe this is going to be a life-changing week in the individual lives of students and in the culture of our Student Ministry! Find all of the key dates and details at the button below.
