How do I connect my phone to my TV?

A USB to HDMI adapter is the easiest option as you simply plug the adapter to your phone and plug the HDMI cable into it to connect to your TV and watch from your phone. Check that your phone supports HDMI Alt Mode, which lets it output video.

How do I connect my computer to my TV?

The picture quality is poor. (Or) The signal drops out. What do I need to do?

This could be a problem with your internet speed. Slow speed like that from a dial-up modem or DSL may not be able to handle the amount of information being sent to your device. Internet service providers may lower the quality of the stream or you may experience buffering (a delay in the video stream). 

Another possibility is that we may be experiencing technical difficulties. If a stream does drop out, we will do our best to reconnect as soon as possible. There is no need to let us know, we will be well aware of the situation should something like this happen.
