Communications Director | Full-Time

The Communications Director at First Baptist Church Mt. Juliet leads the church’s creative communications efforts to reach the lost, equip the body, and share the gospel. This role oversees brand strategy, marketing, digital content, social media, media relations, and overall brand experience. Working closely with church leadership, the Communications Director develops strategies, systems, and campaigns to clearly communicate the church’s vision and weekly messaging while maintaining consistent, engaging, and mission-focused content across all platforms.

We’re seeking a Christ-centered leader with a heart for the local church, strong communication and creative skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams. A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in digital media, brand management, and volunteer team development. This is a full-time, on-campus role requiring active membership at FBCMJ and participation in church life. Full job description will be shared during applicant evaluation.
