Senior adult ministries are concerned with helping to meet the needs of older members of the church through fellowship and outreach activities. Visitation of shut-ins and nursing home residents and assistance in helping older members are also goals of this ministry.
Senior Adults at First Baptist minister in many ways -- serve on ministry committees, sing in the choir, teach Sunday School and lead Bible studies. Many who are limited in physical ministries have a valuable prayer and encourager ministry in behalf of the staff ministers, other church members and church ministries.
